I've featured The Cave Singers on a playlist earlier this year. I described them then as the next boniver/fleetfoxes/blitzentrapper/grizzleybear. I don't know if thats holding up. But they are still good and I think it will be a great show at the independent.

If you didn't have a chance to see Billy Bragg at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival this weekend...and you don't want to see the Cave Singers, go see Billy Bragg.

I've always wanted to see Dylan @ The Greek. Unfortunately, I'll be in the Chi this weekend. Should be a great show though.
